Your Grocery List: What to Keep in your Pantry
We recommend keeping some of the following healthy foods on hand as you introduce a nourishing diet to your life.
Besides your local super market, farmer’s markets are also a great source for seasonal, organic, local produce. Additional resources for purchasing your food are also listed below.
Grains
Amaranth, brown rice, barley, buckwheat, corn, kamut, millet, oats, quinoa, oats (not instant), rye, spelt
Vegetables
Beets, bok choy, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, collard greens, daikon, fennel, garlic, jicama, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, onions, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, spinach, sweet potatoes, squash, swiss chard, tomatoes, yams
