Our Mission

The Palette Fund is dedicated to breaking down barriers and advancing social change in communities that are under-resourced and facing significant challenges.

The foundation supports trailblazers creating change throughout the world and places a priority on funding collaborative partnerships among organizations that strengthen the health and leadership of the LGBTQ community and next generation of philanthropists. Honoring the philanthropic legacy and pioneering vision of our co-founder Rand Harlan Skolnick, who lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in July 2008, a portion of our grant making supports patient services and breakthrough discoveries that impact individuals and families facing this disease.
